We use a number of Freshworks products to monitor, track, and report on our clients’ website availability. A Service Desk is provided to you for logging of incidents related to your website and tracking the progress of the resolution.
MainWP provides us the capability to efficiently and effortlessly manage our clients’ website back-end administration from one portal, eliminating the need to log into each admin portal individually.
UpdraftCentral allows us the ability to configure, monitor, and restore scheduled backups of your website from a central portal.
With Wordfence Central, we can deploy, configure, and monitor any website security related activities, again from a centrally accessed portal.
DiiB analyses a client’s website on a regular basis and provides a detailed metrics report with suggestions and recommendations on areas of improvement.
Fast or Slow
Fast or Slow is a service provided by Wordfence that gives insight into the performance of a website. Regular reports are proved via email.
In addition to the above, we make use of GTMetrix, an “industry standard” service, to further analyze and report on our clients’ website performance.

Google and Facebook provide various platforms, tools, and utilities to track various aspects of website performance, content, advertising, and more.
